Variety of food
Any single natural foods can not provide for human needs in nutrition, and deploy a variety of food to eat properly mixed before they can complement each other, play a greater nutritional effects.

Eat right
Entering old age, due to endocrine and metabolic changes, and full of self-control hunger and resistance to tolerate weak. Fullness, or hunger may occur through accident.

Fat should be appropriate
The elderly to promote light meals, daily cooking vegetable oil should not be too much.

Salt should be limited
Long-term excessive intake of salt, and hypertension and the incidence of certain tumors to a certain extent, the daily salt intake to 5-6 grams is appropriate.

To moderate drinking

Sweets to eat
Excess carbohydrates can cause hyperlipidemia, also easily lead to obesity, on the teeth of great harm, so older people should eat less sweet food as well.
