The nutritional value of Pear

Per 100 grams of edible parts of pears, 167.5 kJ of energy, contains about 0.1 grams of protein, 0.1 grams fat, 9 grams carbohydrates, 5 milligrams of calcium, phosphorus 6 mg, 0.2 mg of iron, vitamin A of the original (carotene) 0.01 mg, vitamin B1 0.02 mg, vitamin B2 0.01 mg, vitamin C4 mg, niacin 0.2 mg.

Pears particularly suitable for hepatitis, tuberculosis, constipation, acute and chronic bronchitis, upper respiratory tract infection, hypertension, heart disease and esophageal cancer in patients with eating. Teachers, broadcasters, and singers such as pears eat it regularly, can protect the sub-noise, prevent throat cancer, lung cancer and nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
