Nutritional value and efficacy of Mulberries

Mulberries is rich in nutrients, containing variety of amino acids, vitamins and organic acids, carotenoids and other nutrients, mineral content is much higher than other fruits, mainly potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese, copper, zinc.
