Dark-colored fruits and vegetables is dark green, red, orange, purplish black vegetables and fruit. Common dark green fruits and vegetables are: spinach, rape, celery, bitter gourd, green pepper, mustard, broccoli, kiwi and so on. Common red, orange and yellow fruits and vegetables include: tomatoes, carrots, pumpkin, red peppers, strawberries, watermelon, pineapple and so on. Common purplish black fruits and vegetables are: black fungus, seaweed, mushrooms, eggplant, purple grapes, blueberries.
